This have been the worse experience I ever had of buying a car... I buy a Ford Explorer 2019 here a week ago and when I find out the next day a trade in was NOT required to quality for the CERO % with Ford Credit, as ALAN “the manager” request, I ask for return the unit and have my old car back but I was told my old car was already gone. I bought my F150 and was very happy with Chaz and Shawn in sales, Chris the manager and Ken in finance. Great prices and great people!
Dropped my truck off for repairs that totaled over $1,980. While my truck was at the dealership they stole the plastic tray out of my center console full of change along with a pair of Costa sunglasses. The service manager, Sterling, is a joke. Told me he questioned the service techs, they denied the theft and he believed them over me. I will be filing a police report and pressing charges. This dealership employs criminals and should be out of business.
Fast oil change. Everyone very friendly and really nice waiting room.
