I would not recommend this location to do business with they do not honor a deal once you shake hands with them they want to raise the price .

I couldn’t keep a copy of a proposal for a used truck. I was told it’s company policy. I emailed two Sales Manager why is that company policy. Neither of the Sales Mangers replied.
Awesome customer service, great buying experience with Jordan, who was with sales and Sam with finance. Angelo, the sales manager was great too. They put up with us being pretty firm on what we wanted and got it done! To date, best buying experience I've had with a dealership. I'd recommend anyone interested in checking Ford out to go to Mall of GA and ask for Jordan.
