A few weeks ago I was on my way to purchase a truck from a smaller Ford dealership. I tend to not like the bigger dealership. my wife found a truck lime I was looking for on MOGF website so reluctantly we stopped by there first. Glad I did. The truck had 1,000 less miles and was cheaper than the truck.i was going to purchase. A short time after we arrived , I was driving home in my new truck. All day event... that still took days to straiten out... The lady that did all the paperwork for the bank... well let’s give Jessica -0 on a scale of awful... I had to call her 2 times to get the paperwork sent thru to the bank, she assured me it was done, it was Not! I had to go above her... Kevin got the job done... but this was only days and days after purchase, and me staying in top of it! My experience..... same old dealership games I've always disliked. I was handed off to an incompetent sales person who also didn't understand to distance himself in a pandemic. They made something that should take 1.5 hrs hour take 5 hours of hours of waiting and signing paperwork and trying to sell me things like extended warranty on a brand new car. Well things aren’t going so well with my purchase thus far. Signed contracts on Saturday 10/24/20 on a truck that was at another dealer because the one I made arrangements to test drive was sold. As of Tuesday 10/27/20 they haven’t even retrieved it from the dealer that was “only 30 miles away” I did receive a call to inform me that the truck had 200+ miles on it. WHAT?!?!? You sold my retired parents a brand new truck. By they time they got home, the A/C was broken. You say there is a nationwide shortage of the compressor and you cant replace it. They traded in 2 luxury vehicles and paid the difference in cash. You have screwed them. Oh, and now the alarm sensors on the sunroof set off the alarm all night long. This needs to be made right, before we reach out to the media.
