Sold my car to the pre-owned team at this dealership. Although the individual who purchased the car portrayed himself as honest and straightforward turns out that was not the case. Pushed hard about how much lower the resale value of the car was and how high his offer was compared to market value. I should have followed my instincts and walked away. I have always had decent service but this recent service on my Transit Van has gone wrong. I had my Transit Van in for new tires, transmission flush, oil change, and brakes. When I picked up my van I noticed a dent on the panel of the sliding door. It was on a Saturday and had arranged to pick it up after hours so I was unable to discuss the dent with anyone when I picked up the van. This dealership does not check their cars thoroughly therefore now I'm being blamed for an aftermarket module on my car and I've only had it for maybe a month and no one wants to take responsibility for selling me a car with aftermarket pieces that could have easily been to detected through a fool inspection

I brought my 2014 **** Escape to Mall of Georgia Ford for two **** factory recalls concerning the engine cooling system and door latch. Additionally, I needed one head light bulb (dim) replaced. Due to it being a factory recall I ask for a loaner car and denied. DON'T GO IN! If I could turn back the clock in SUPER FAST REWIND, I wouldn't have ever turned into this dealership! They are the biggest liars, scam artists, they misrepresented the entire deal from the get go, then it was one hassle after another. I am still dealing with the mess that they left me with. If it were not for the fact that the car is titled, I would return it and buy somewhere else. Brian, the finance guy is a dirtbag.
Very professional Dealer I purchased a 2004 Explorer from this dealership. I had shopped around quite a bit and they gave the best deal by far. They played no "games" and provided an excellent sales experience.
I will buy another car from this dealer I bought my Fusion from Mall of Georgia Ford. Kenny Jordan was who I dealt with. Kenny is awesome. The entire process of buying the car was easy and stress free. Kenny knows his cars and can answer any question you might have. They take very good care of their customers. Mall Of Georgia Ford has my confidenceand business I work for the US Air Force in England and needed some parts for my vehicle. I had the pleasure of working with S---- Gleason in the parts department. He not only assisted with the order but personally delivered them to the Post Office for mailing! Other part suppliers would not even take the time to check out the possibility of shipping other than by UPS/FEDX simply because they could not be bothered with the extra trouble to do something that is not normally done. STAY AWAY! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They lied, misled and we ended up with a nightmare. STAY AWAY! Horrible dealership. Once your name is signed, the customer no-service begins. Rude, disrespectful, and will say anything to get a sale. UPDATE: They also hassled us about that review. Their bonuses are tied to a great review and they do NOT let you forget about it through the whole process. They did NOT receive one!
