BEWARE of shady practices at the ford service department! I brought in my F150 truck to the Ford Service experts for a second opinion after a mechanic told me my truck had head gasket issues and needed a new engine. The Ford Service department diagnosed my truck and told me they had “good news, it wasn’t the head gasket”. They told me it was the intake manifold. They charged me $2000 for that repair. Mall of Georgia ford made everything easy, simple, and straight forward. All of the associates were extremely pleasant to work with. I was able to do everything through the phone and pick up my car when I touched down in Georgia. Great service and a great family over there at MoGF.

This latest truck was my 3rd purchase from Mall of GA Ford. Every time they have been wonderful to work with. From sales to management and finance, everything is smooth. The times I've gotten service here that department is also well run. Looking forward to my next purchase in the future from them!

Don’t buy a car here with a scratch. They’ll say they will fix it (but will really keep jerking you around and do nothing about it!). Was very happy until they showed how much they truly do not care.

My hubby and I purchased our new FX4 last month and the backup camera was bad. He called in and they quickly ordered the new one. We took his truck in today and dropped it off at 9am and they quickly did the repair and we were in and out in under three hours. This is excellent customer service as always.
