They lied to us just about everything. When asked if the “extended warranty” amount was included in the out the door price they told me yes. Which is a lie. We did not get the trade in amount that was discussed. When I called back about these things the finance guy threatened me with his manager. When I spoke to the manager he said he would look into it and I never heard back from him. WARNING!!!!! Do not buy From this pathetic dealership there are much better dealerships in the area after selling me my truck salesman just walked off did not put fuel in my truck did not show me any features in my truck. Completely and totally unprofessional the worst car buying experience I have ever had.

Every time we bring our vehicle in for service with the extended warranty bumper to bumper. They require us to pay for any diagnostic work before doing anything. The explanation is always that it has to be approved - if the bumper to bumper warranty has to be approved then it’s not much of a warranty. The service department is horrible and we will never buy another car, truck or anything related to a vehicle from this establishment.
