I visited this salon with high hopes, but unfortunately, I left deeply disappointed with both the haircut and overall experience that had left me in tears and at a loss of 1-2 years worth of hair growth (see pics). I requested a trim in order to disguise fishtail breakage, clearly explaining I was trying to retain length and if it wasn’t for this breakage I wouldn’t even be cutting my hair. Absolutely in love with my hair every time I leave this salon. Andrea-Marie did my pixie cut and nailed it, so I came back a month later for a wash, cut and style, and once again, perfection. Everyone there is so warm and genuinely attentive, it never feels rushed or transactional.
