What do Teddy Roosevelt, Marilyn Monroe and Diana, Princess of Wales, have in common? You guessed it. They've all taken rides on the Maid of the Mist—or rather one of seven Maids, which first launched its boats in 1846. This world-famous boat takes its passengers right into the heart of the Falls. You can catch the boat on either the American or Canadian side, with boardings every 15 minutes between April and the end of October.

My first time at Niagara Falls IT was just amazing!!! God is so awesome is all His creations!!!
Go early before the lines really start. Quick boarding and docking. AMAZING experience. Def go!
When we observed the boat was getting full, we asked if we could wait for the next boat so we could get a decent location. We were told there were plenty of good spots and that we needed to board. We were stuck on the lower deck not able to get to a railing easily. It made it incredibly difficult to see anything, especially with our kids. Also, the line was ridiculous. We knew it was going to take over an hour to get down to the boat, but we were shocked that it took over an hour just to get back to the elevator to go up aft... read more
Amazing!!
The Maid of the Mist is an amazing experience! I highly recommend it. An excellent price, too. Thanks so much for keeping the cost reasonable.
Great ride and a must do. Excellent experience for the whole family. Heavy crowds but they move along fairly quick. One or two employees herd you like cattle and are a bit rude but most are courteous. Combining it witht the Cave of the Winds gives tou a complete Falls experience.
Great way to experience the power of God’s night from the bottom of the falls. The wind from the water and the mist was awe inspiring.
We have a great overall experience. I went with a 3 yr old, 5 year old, 10 year old and 12 year old and we have had a great time. We were worried about lines, but we never really waited. Boats come every 15 minutes and we didn’t even wait that long. Children 5 and under are free. Kids 6-12 $11 and adults $20. They also hand out free ponchos to everyone so you won’t get soaking wet. It does get pretty wet down there so you will want to wear it. I brought phone and was able to takes tons of pictures. The boat rotates around, s... read more
