The actual boat ride itself was awesome. The problem is the lines. I can understand that there will be lines to ride, clearly it's a busy place. However, the lack of staff to control the lines, is frustrating. People were pushing and cutting and it was really just mass chaos. We waited an hour to ride and then another hour to get back out. There's got to be a better system. The Canadian side is not anywhere near that chaotic. Even though we really enjoyed the boat ride, the experience in lines made it pretty miserable. It was so cool seeing the Falls for the first time. The beginning of our trip didn’t start out great but this made it so worth it!!
