They've all taken rides on the Maid of the Mist—or rather one of seven Maids, which first launched its boats in 1846. This world-famous boat takes its passengers right into the heart of the Falls. You can catch the boat on either the American or Canadian side, with boardings every 15 minutes between April and the end of October.

Friendly staff from ticket booth the elevator operators to ticket takers people handing out ponchos and the boat crew. Lines moved fast great narration on history of the falls. Got good and misted (wet wet) but awesome experience. Highly recommend seeing the falls from this point of view.
An experience one should have when visiting Niagara. The feel of mist and feel of huge Niagara Falls... I just loved it !!!
The ride was fine but you are herded like cattle, it's actually chaos, they should have more defined lines to stand in and.not let so many people up and down at one time... Several people passed out when we got off of the boat including my 10 year old son... Know that if you ride this there is absolutely no medical support once you ride the elevator down... The boy that passed out in front of our son was laying on the ground at least 45 min if not longer before help arrived. It took at least 30 min if not longer to get my bo... read more
great experience staff was awesome.
We went on a Sunday morning and it was so much fun. Lines were smaller, much smaller, than Saturday’s lines. 5 year old even loved it.
The falls are majestic. The line from the boat back to the elevators was seriously unsafe. If a company chooses to not provide crowd control, they should have law enforcement and/or on site. There was nothing and it was scary. The company should address this huge liability immediately. Please know, it's not like this on the boat rides in Canada.
Amazing experience! Lines moved quickly. A must! Definitely will bring the family and do this again
I Do NOT recommend this tour! The company needs to do something to streamline the process AFTER the tour. We waited in line for almost two hours to leave, outside in the direct sun. There was no seats or water for elderly or disabled, nor were they allowed to move to another line to accommodate a wheel chair. This ruined what should have been a great day
