What an absolutely horrible management!!! People are standing outside for HOURS because of YOUR FAULT with the elevators in the SCORCHING HOT SUN. AND YOU CANT EVEN BRING DOWN ANY WATER?!?!?!?? Awful disregard for your customers!!!!
