Dr. Tally was hostile during my visit. He did not ask any questions to understand my pain, any previous treatment I had received, or any concerns I had with my situation. When I asked follow up questions to further understand my body and his analysis, he responded with hostility and rolled his eyes at me twice. I felt dismissed and disrespected. I appreciate Dr. Mahoney taking extra care to explain and give me a second opinion on my knee. His plan of action is just what I feel I need for complete recovery.
I’ve had two hip replacements that Dr.Florence performed. His staff is friendly & professional. My wait time is minimal & every process is explained. I love that Dr. Florence comes in before your surgery, checks on you & then prays with you. He listens & provides options to you. He is truly caring to his patients & had a great bedside manner.
Dr. Tally pin pointed my problems and took care of it surgically. First surgery (ACDF)was in October 2022 and the second one (PCDF) in January 2024. I highly appreciate Dr. Tally and his expertise. He explained everything to me that I easily comprehended. Thank you, thank you sooooo much Dr. Tally!!!!! In everything you do. I cannot forget Ms. Skye, Ms. Haley and Ms. Amber thank you!!!! Dr. Katz is always very professional and friendly. He always listens to any concerns I have and fully explains everything to me the current treatment plan sniff if this doesn’t work what the next step is; because I will always ask. I highly recommend him if you are looking for an orthopedic hand professional!!
