Exceptional experience from beginning to end! Jim and Tatiana were excellent to work with. Tatiana knew EVERYTHING there was to know about our vehicles and her confidence and knowledge was most impressive. Thank you, Magic City, for helping with our TWO new vehicles! Looking forward to a long relationship with our new dealership of choice in the Valley.

Service Department is awesome! Have always completed work on my car in a timely manner and have worked with me in scheduling appointments! Bradley and Amber are awesome! Very friendly and accommodating!

After a stressful start to the work week (car wouldn't start), Pat and Doris in the service department were very kind and responsive to me when needing unscheduled service on my 2017 Explorer. The car was towed to the dealer and within 3 hours the problem had been diagnosed and remedied. This is my first Magic City experience and I'm very pleased with the outcome! I hope my next trip will be on my own terms! Happy Holidays to all!

I bought a vehicle from them in February of this year. I needed a state inspection(which is supposed to be free w/purchase vehicle) tire rotation and an oil change so I called them. The lady laughed when I asked to make an appt or if they had openings that day. I told her what I needed and that I would call back when I knew my schedule better to make an appt. I purchased a Brand new 2017 F150 3.5 V6 EcoBoost, it started making noises from the engine 3 months into owning it, they initially diagnosed it as cam timing / phaser problem, brought in to have it serviced / fixed and now they are telling me I need to change my oil more often (always changed per my oil life indicator on truck). They know there is a problem and they are trying to push it off and hope it gets past the 60k mile power warranty. no don't waste your time they just lie to you and won't take the responsibility for the damage they do to your car in their possession. one call that's all I got. you've been in business for 80 years you can still make mistakes own up to it

We have tried contacting you to no avail. We fixed your airbag recall at no charge however we were accused of damaging the vents for your defroster. The work that was performed was no where near your defroster vents on the top of your dash (airbag recall) so we apologize for this negative review but we've been in business 80 years and take care of our customers. We do not feel this is reflective of anything to do with us. We apologize and wish you the best -

I took my car in for a shudder problem and realized that I needed an inspection sticker and a bulb replaced. Even though they didn’t get to the main problem due to the fact that they had to order parts they took car if the minor problem at a decent price. My best part was Mrs. Doris who took me to work and picked me up
