This dealership is a breath of fresh air, when it seems like others have lost the meaning of genuine customer service. From our salesman (Bob T), to the sales manager (Jim), to the equally helpful guys in finance (Jarron and John), it was a wonderful car buying experience. I ran into an issue with my car overheating and my engine light coming on while I was traveling through Roanoke. I was sent to Magic City on the recommendation of the people I was meeting with in town. Everyone was wonderful and explained everything that was going on with my car in full detail before making the fixes. Purchased a 2014 dodge durango used from Magic City. Recently I have a light defect issue that allowed water into the lift gate lighting. We purchased an extended warranty that provides light coverage but the warranty company refused coverage since water was in the lense. Dealer sells warranty that provides no coverage when something goes wrong. Steer clear of the great sales package it comes at a price.
I have purchased several vehicles here. Service is always great and the staff work with you to get you a deal! Will cont to bring my business here in the future!
