Definitely recommend this dealership! Pat Wray was especially wonderful! She kept us updated the entire time my car was being serviced and was very quick to get us in anytime I’ve came out there with any issues! I had a couple recalls on my car two different times and I literally had my car back within the same day of dropping off! Will always return here when something goes wrong with my car. Wonderful!! First RV service and all done with in the hour great service and cheap.
Scheduled a test drive... went in and nobody was willing to help. Nobody seemed to care that I had planned to make a purchase that day following the test drive and negotiations. We as customers should be the first priority at dealerships.... definitely not here.
Exceptional experience from beginning to end! Jim and Tatiana were excellent to work with. Tatiana knew EVERYTHING there was to know about our vehicles and her confidence and knowledge was most impressive. Thank you, Magic City, for helping with our TWO new vehicles! After a stressful start to the work week (car wouldn't start), Pat and Doris in the service department were very kind and responsive to me when needing unscheduled service on my 2017 Explorer. The car was towed to the dealer and within 3 hours the problem had been diagnosed and remedied. This is my first Magic City experience and I'm very pleased with the outcome! I hope my next trip will be on my own terms! Happy Holidays to all!

I bought a vehicle from them in February of this year. I needed a state inspection(which is supposed to be free w/purchase vehicle) tire rotation and an oil change so I called them. The lady laughed when I asked to make an appt or if they had openings that day. I told her what I needed and that I would call back when I knew my schedule better to make an appt.
