After visiting several local dealerships in the area i chose Magic City Ford. The reason was Pome Ford. Pome greeted me on the lot with a smile. Never did i feel any pressure from her or the staff. Magic City Ford gave me the best value for my trade and had the best deal on a full-size pickup (Car Gurus verified) that was in my price range. Took my truck in had an older guy approach me was very rude I dont appreciate how he assumed and made me felt like i wasnt even qualified to buy before getting any of my information. Mr poindexter is the reason i wont be back. And im telling my friends to go elsewhere also.

Absolutely shocked with the behavior Charlie Poindexter. If this is a representation of this company and its values then it is truely sad. I will personally never do business with a company that allows its employees to speak and act so derogatory towards anyone that approaches them with interest in purchasing a vehicle. Cameron Johnson and Penny Burch should most definetely have a sit down with him regarding how his behavior reflects upon the company.

Bought a new Mustang (sticker price $46K) in April 2017. Had a trouble light come on Christmas day and got an appt for service to look at it for Jan. 4 at 9:20. Around noon on Jan. 5, I was told there was a part that needed to be replaced and that it was ordered - I had initiated contact. Called them again on Jan. 9 - was told the book did not mention the need to replace a sheer bolt that holds this part in place and they would get it in the next day.
