Service department wouldn't even look at my truck. I was traveling through the area and needed repairs. I was told they couldn't even get me in for at least a week. Thanks for nothing.

I will never buy a car from this place again. We bought a 2006 ford explorer in October and not even four months later, after putting less than 2000 miles on it, the transmission was shot. Now there seems to be something else wrong and the car is currently not running. It's terrible that these places will sell you an overpriced faulty vehicle without blinking.
