I purchased a 2017 Ford Explorer vehicle from there and not even 3 weeks later my roof rack came off... I PURCHASED THE EXTENDED WARRANTY WHEN I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE. I took it back to be fixed and they told me I would have to pay 75$ for them to fix it. I argued and said that I hadn’t had the vehicle long, they agreed to fix it and when I picked it back up they tried to GLUE the roof rack back down and told me that I would have to purchase a new one if it didn’t hold. We were looking at a vehicle for my mom with our salesman. The vehicle was not listed for sale yet and we told our salesman that we wanted the vehicle.
