my complaint has to do with magic city ford service dept. i have been dealing with MCFord for 12 plus years i am done they knowingly make appointments that they cannot honor the last 3 trips to MCFord have resulted in disaster as they have left me hanging with no vehicl they dont answer the phone they wont call with updates no communication at all the service ir no help only a body they removed things from my vehicle without my permission they threw away and drill holes in my old tires i wanted to keep i asked them to put th... read more
