contacted Maglite for a warranty issue and the lack of service rep quoted me a price that would cost me more than buying a Maglite flash lite. Life time warranty my as#. I have lost all respected for a company I thought of as quality. My Name Is Michael Henry And I will Never Buy Another Maglite product.

I have an LED Maglite and I can see from my house all the way to the end of the road which is about 1 1/2 miles. And it is great protection! And I did a photo shoot but there was no professional lights so we used my Maglite and the pictures came out great!!!!!! I will stay with Maglite until I die.
Wll manufactured, great lights, I like the relatively recnt advancements in LED technlogies. I haven't bought one in a while because they do need repair occasionally, an there is no service center within a couple states of me, (Missouri). So this raises the question, what does it take to be qualified to become a Mag-Lite service center?

I used my Mag-Lite for years in the red cross. But I have three Mag-Litesnow. Just a "Maggi" is a real flashlight! I still have it and in use! Greetings from Germany
The mini LED flashlights absolutely suck you can't find the correct led to replace one if it's broken so thanks for nothing except for wasting my money

Dear Mag-Lite, Bought a Maglite flashlite from Home Depot. After several weeks pass, i opened the plastic packaging, there was a battery that had exploded inside the lite. We call the company, and they are not going to replace the flashlite. Customer services sucks. I can't believe that a big company like this would treat their customer like this. I will not be buying any other lite from this company again.

Every Mag-lite I have ever owned has corroded the batteries and sealed the batteries inside the shaft. Very disappointed.
