Very reliable and well build product. Won't trade it for another.
I have had this red maglite for at least 15 years and use it everytime for camping or other things every now and then. Well I end up leaving the batteries in it while not in use and they leak everytime I go to use it. Well generally it works even with the old battery acid cleaned up, well this time it wouldn't work. Got upset cuz it's the older better style. Went out and bought the brand new 625 lumens led one but black cuz that's all the stores have now a days, that flashlights awesome still but not as big and hefty as old.... read more

Ever been fan of maglite but now poorly vorgotten a Batterie in my maglite (6*D-cell)and the Acid destroied the lanp I know its my fault but Never thought this could destroy the whole lamp And make it leak �
got to say I think mag lite makes the best light for the money I got a five cell that I have for 25 years and I am hard on lights thanks for making a great light
Last night I dropped my MiniMag in the fire pit. After alittle cooldown session put batteries back in and it works fine... LIVE IT
Maglite is the only flashlight I will buy. I'm a retired construction worker, and like every other dirt hand, I need tools that will work without fail. I bought my first Maglite 33 years ago, when I owned/operated a dump truck. It is in my son's pickup now, as I am retired. It still works. I like the thought of my grandchildren having my flashlight someday. One more thing: AMERICAN-MADE ROCKS! <3
