Mace services our fleet of 25 Ford Trucks and Cars. When a vehicle is in for repair I know it's going to receive proper attention that it needs from Pat and Landis and it will get fixed correctly the first time without any down time after the repair. They also point out any issues with the vehicle that will save us money to fix now while they already have it apart. I recommend them to anyone. Quality of work done there is outstanding. Is it normal for dealerships to re-write contracts? More than once? My mother bought a Ford escape from Mace at the end of MAY and still has to go to their store to sign NEW paperwork!!?? I've been told by a family friend they had a bad experience with someone forging their signature as well. Chuck has not been a help at all. In fact, he has caused more trouble! Longer payment period, different rates, MULTIPLE contracts! Wouldn't recommend.
