The service department is an absolute JOKE and the customer service??? Yeah will not be talked to with an attitude for no reason. LOL will not be back and I will be spreading the word on what a terrible experience I’ve had.
My fiancé took her car in for a oil change and was told they would check all the fluids and top em off if needed. Come to find out a week later that the lube tech doesn’t check trans fluid. I have never heard of lube tech not checking all fluids. Called them and they said they have a special transmission tech that does that. So I called and talked to other dealership and was told they have never heard of that and that all their lube techs check all fluids.
