Great sales staff. We bought a 2015 Ford Taurus SHO and they were awesome through the whole process.
I was traveling from Nashville, TN to Cedar Lake, IN today. I noticed my Ford Escape had a piece dangling underneath. In the middle of my trip & unsure what to do I stopped at Mace. Scott Foote took great care of me, ensured that my vehicle was safe to finish my trip & sent me on my way. Good Samaritan to the highest degree. Thank you so much Scott (& service guys!).
Laurie helped out a bunch when I purchased my new vehicle she was very kind, friendly, and professional. Also, Chuck was very helpful when doing the financing part. Will definitely recommend people to buy from Mace!

Mace Ford always services and/or repairs my 2005 Ford Explorer in a timely and friendly manner. Even when I have been traveling out of State and had a problem, they helped me to make repair decisions. When ready to buy a new car I will definitely buy from Mace Ford. Service manager, Landis, is always most helpful and knowledgeable.

Worse mechanical shop I have ever seen, no one appears to know what they are doing. Will never do business again and reported this to Ford's Main Head Office

my truck was brought to mace ford! really sad when they refuse to fix something they done! you can only get your Ford reprogrammed by them! well mace Ford reprogrammed my truck and now I dont have my bright light dash light or my cruise control light or my seat buckle light , which I had them all before they reprogrammed it! sad sad sad! I hope all ford dealerships aren't as bad as mace Ford
