Recommendedmy truck was brought to mace ford! really sad when they refuse to fix something they done! you can only get your Ford reprogrammed by them! well mace Ford reprogrammed my truck and now I dont have my bright light dash light or my cruise control light or my seat buckle light , which I had them all before they reprogrammed it! sad sad sad! I hope all ford dealerships aren't as bad as mace Ford

We stopped in on the way thru town to see what they had as we were in the market for a new car. Jared was out to greet us within 5 minutes to answer questions. He was honest, no hard sell tactics even tho it could have meant less commission for him. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. They made the buying process smooth and easy.
Traveling through Terre Haute from Florida and staying in a campground nearby, we needed some warranty work done on our Ford Edge. Made an appointment with Mace Ford and was promptly seen. Our service advisor, Bernie, was very helpful. They offered us a ride anywhere in town and we took them up on their offer in being chauffeured to the mall. Later we received a call saying our vehicle was ready and they would pick us up. Super friendly staff and a great job. Thank you so much may Mace Ford.

I have always been pleased with the service I receive from Mace. My first car was purchased from Mace and I have been having it serviced at Mace ever since then. My family has been getting service from Mace since the 1950s. I, myself, and my family feel like valued customers, and I will continue to get service at Mace for years to come.
