Just had some work done on my 2011 Ford Edge. Have to say the service dept and staff are the greatest!! I have never had a bad experience in the 5 years I have had my Ford. Even when we were looking for the Edge it was the best service in Terre Haute.
Horrible service department! My van has been there for over a week and still no answers....no communication at all!!! Spoke with the owner and he doesn't seem to care, blames it on Ford Motor Company but will look into the situation and have someone call me back because HE DOES NOT HAVE TIME!!!!
3 wks and say it will be ready one day. Go to pick it up and wrong part ordered. Go to pick up when they say it will be ready and again not ready! Poor customer service department!
Incredible service! Landis kept me up-to-date throughout the process and made me feel like getting my truck back was his top priority. They even washed and detailed my truck before I picked it up! You can't beat that commitment to customer satisfaction and attention to detail. Thanks Mace Ford, Landis and Alex for taking care of me!
