We are on a trip from Pittsburgh to Midland, Texas to move our son in to start his very first real job. Stopped for gas and his truck would not start again. We called Mace Ford and they had us bring the truck right over. Not only did they immediately diagnose and fix the issue, they couldn't have been any nicer about it. Deepest thanks to Service Manager Landis Kaperak and Galen for helping with a very stressful situation. This is what service should be like!!!!

I had an emergency situation when traveling from Illinois to Ohio. I had to go to a Ford Dealership to have my transmission checked out. The ladies and gentlemen of Mace Ford took amazing care of not only my broken car but of myself and the 4 teens with me. They went above and beyond and expectations anyone could have of such a place. I would recommend them every time. Thank you so much Mace Ford and especially to Ken for a job well done.

Wow fast service I stopped in to check on a recall for my mustang and he said he would call me when he got the part in and he called me when I sat down I my car to leave. So fixing it now.
