Went in for service on car today was the pits. Less than a 1 star. Lying about job done. Did not do what was paid for. ���

The service department came through really big for me this Sat morning. Was on my way to Dallas area and needed to get there ASAP. I had received a message that my truck would go into limp mode in 200 miles. Whipped in just as they opened and the guys were very helpful in determining the issue as well as getting me back on the road quickly! Very grateful and impressed with their service as well as their compassion for extenuating circumstances!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE SERVICE DEPT.... THEY TREATED MY JEEP LIKE IT WAS SOME WORTHLESS JUNK ...TOOK IT IN FOR A SERVICE RECALL AND GOT MY JEEP WITH COMPLETE WATER DAMAGE INSIDE...WORST THING IS IT DIDNT GET FLOODED. IT WAS DAMAGED DUE TO THE LACK OF CARELESSNESS. I WENT TODAY AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE, I GOT TO SPEAK TO THE ASSISTANT MANAGER RAY AND HE WAS VERY POLITE BUT THE MANAGER WHO STOOD THERE THE WHOLE TIME AND SAID NOTHING DECIDES TO TELL ME THINGS I WAS LIKE EXCUSE ME WHO ARE YOU "THE MANAGER", HE SAID Y... read more
