I gotta tell you, it was one of the only times that what was needed was done, what was expected was met, and what it cost was okay....To my surprise, it was a 'Great Mac Haik Feeling'!
This people are a SCAM sold me a PIECE OF JUNK that cost me 20,000 out the door; this car looks so good but start failing on me one week later after I bought it. Bad A/C, Convertible top Leaking, Bad Front Rotors. I call them and let them know and they said once I bought it and sign as it is, they are not responsible for anything. There is NO WARRANTY AT ALL on used cars, not even 5 mins. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS RATS, they will smiley at u to take your money, but once they got it u are by your self ....

We have a jeep trail hawk and the engine light and other lights came on this morning. We live near river oaks and the dealership wouldn't help us. The jeep service dept on the phone after an hour and a half couldnt help us. I googled and found mac heik 20 minutes from me and got Ellis on the phone. 45 minutes later we were at his dealership, dropped our vehicle off, and got a loaner. Thank you for your prompt and excellent service.

I went in a while back to look for a car with a finance approval letter told the salesman that I only wanted my credit ran once and it was ran around 13 times and I was told the best they could get me was 18% after complaining to the GM she told me I was approved at 10.5% so I asked where the other 7.5% went and no one still can answer my question. I would advise to NEVER do business with these guys!!!!!
Never been so taken advantage of in my entire life. I just had a dealer CRINGE when I told him what y'all sold me my car for. And basically I'm screwed.
