I have normally found this dealership helpful & efficient, but today I was trying to get a simple oil change & they were rude, unhelpful with no provisions at all. They informed me that the services were available during the week, and no one was available to return me to work nor could a loaner be available today. We will not go back, looking for another dealership from now on.

Do not come to this dealership and to buy any car they lie about what they have in stock and their prices I drove all the way from Lake Livingston to buy a Jeep Renegade 2015 latitude I show up and they don't even have it or have another one that they can sell me for the same price I was quoted by Bianca curlin the internet sales person. I WAS EVEN GOIN TO PAY CASH!!!! I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM ANY MAC HAIK DEALERSHIP!!!!

Went through their used car lot and purchased 2 2013 VW TDI with my boyfriend purchasing the twin of mine. Angel was so great for us and got us in and out quick. Highly recommended for the great service.
