Update: I updated the stars as the situation has seen some improvement and resolution. So far the service management has been addressing some of the issues fairly. I appreciate how quickly the manager stepped in to address it. Let me start by saying my husband and I are "car people". We know cars. My husband rebuilds engines, rewires whole cars, performance and diagnostics. We aren't people to try to swindle(and you shouldn't try to swindle anyone regardless).
