RecommendedI took my truck to Mac Haik to get the airbag recall fixed . They were very cordial and fast . They had a shuttle to take me home and picked me up when it was finished . I had expected to have it there for most of the day . They had it done in about 2 hours and sent the shuttle for me . Good job guys!

For a little over 10 days I have been in correspondence with sales rep Zeke at the 11000 n freeway location. I give it to him. He had a lot of patience with me. Up until the time of my arrival. I went in looking for a new ride and Noe was able to put me in a new jeep Cherokee. I went in at 9 and was out of there by 10:30 everyone was so nice . I will be getting all of my future rides from them thanks Noe
Rob should be the dealership main manager. This is the second car I bought from him. He gave me a great deal on a 2018 Dodge Ram and I bought it. The overall experience is top notch and I’ll be coming back in the future to buy from him. And plus he bought candy for my son baseball team.
Lost truck from Hurricane Harvey. Purchased a truck through web sales at Mac Haik Madison. When truck was delivered it was a BAIT AND SWITCH. Truck delivered was not as advertised. To date they have not paid back all the money I paid out. Buyer Beware.
