Customer service is not a high priority. Happy with truck, Disappointed beyond belief with the poor customer service. We went into get a truck. We found one, had to haggle to get the price right. Did feel like the Sales Manager felt he was going to make a huge payday off me, but brought that back to reality. RecommendedFred and William were absolutely hands down the best sales men I have ever dealt with. They were so kind, understanding, and patient. They did not do any high pressure sales and they worked so hard to get me the deal I wanted and the car I wanted. I am so happy that I got to work with them both!! AMAZING!!! Ask for those two when you go in!!!

Horrible customer service. They will waste your time. I was here in the morning, closed the deal whit alex, the floor manager. I was asked to put a $2500 down payment CASH, so I left to bring the cash and came in the afternoon and found out they sold the vehicle. I told them I was on my way. They knew I was coming. They couldn’t even bother to call me and tell that I didn’t matter to them and to stop driving in rush-hour traffic. They only care about selling the car to anyone, beware of any “deal” they promise.
Service department went above and beyond. They performed what I needed promptly and did not push for additional services that I did not need. Thanks guys.

People read some of these reviews. I should have. My experience was the typical bait and switch deceptive trade practice. They had advertised a Ram truck for the price of $36,580 on their website. I did an internet inquiry and received a email from the internet manager, also stating that my "special" internet pricing was the same amount. So I made the hour long drive to the dealership. Running around about the title then the engine light and the ac not working one thing after another. I haven’t even had the car for in a month yet. � I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Wow! What a pleasant experience!! I bought my Jeep after Harvey from another dealership and they wasted my time, time and time again, so I called on Mac Haik to see if they were able to assist. I dropped my Jeep off at 7:30 a.m., and it was ready by 1 p.m. The service department is wonderful. Many thanks to Tommy, the Service Director, and Ray, the Assistant Service Manager!!!!
