The oil in my Jeep Compass ran out and I had my car towed to the dealership. I didn’t get there until right as they were “closed”. They could tell I was very distraught and although they could have easily turned me away the gentleman was beyond helpful and took care of my car. Great customer service and I couldn’t be more thankful for their kindness.

Don’t waste your time with these people they will do nothing but lie to you to get you in the door. I bought my truck from the Mack haik dealer in Katy and they were wonderful but these guys are rude, and have no customer service ambition at all. When I talked to the salesman on the phone I told him what my offers were from Carmax and Demontrond. He told me that they would offer more for my trade. I told him I would be there in 45 minutes to which he said “Great I’ll see you then”. When we arrived after walking around trying... read more
