Wow! What a pleasant buying experience.... my 3rd car from Mac Haik.....Charles S. In sales did a great job..... met his Manager and the General Manager..... very family team.... and Charles in finance was on the money!.... straight up deal!.....great overall buying experience and no BS.... I’m sending the wife in for a new pickup soon! No disappointments here folks!!!!!!
They sent out fliers to get you in the door and most (or all) say YOU WON! You get there and have to listen to their buy a car pitch just to have them say "oh well that's not really what you win...it just enters you in for the next level" (admitting that their flyer is misleading) and hands you a scratch off card saying scratch 6 and IF the pictures are all the same THEN you can win something. SO if your not looking to buy a car don't bother wasting your time with them.
I always see Robert in the service department to help me.

This was my best car buying experience ever! I bought a 2019 Cherokee Latitude Plus 4x4 and Mr. John was so knowledgeable about my vehicle. He took the time to explain how every single thing worked in it. If i had a question, he always had the answer. Sam in finance was the best too. Got me the best deal he could and made the whole process very easy and worked with my husbands schedule to get it done. We won't buy from any other dealership! Dealer claims to have several left over 2018's on the lot at deep discounts. I have inquired multiple times and have received 0 information. I assume they are listed on their website for some bait and switch action.
