Terrible customer service, bait and switch on the prices, specially the internet manager Nick Collado and my salesperson a man by the name of Courtney. I bought a vehicle there 3 weeks ago, now they won’t even answer my calls because I gave my salesman a bad review, so now he’s taking revenge on me. Go somewhere else, this has been one of my worst experiences in buying a vehicle EVER

I went today to mac haik and was helped by Robert Quezada. I had the best 1st experience buying a car through a dealer. He helped me down to the very last detail and made sure my husband and I got everything we wanted. I know where I'll be going when it's time for a other vehicle and I will definately be going to see Robert again!

Went it to get a recall fixed and have diagnostics done for my check engine light. My car is not stock but work was done through a dealer and is warrantied. I told the man do NOT flash my computer due to it being tuned. They took my car back for the recall. Brought my car back front and said it was done. I got in and it started then died twice. I went back inside and told them. Said they reflashed my computer and it must have deleted my tunes but since it wasn’t stock they wouldn’t touch it to fix the issue that they caused.... read more
