!!!!!!!FIND ANOTHER DEALER!!!!!!The problem I had was that I took my wife to buy a new Grand Cherokee on 3/31/18. We agreed on a price and went to financing. After looking over the paper work we found that they just moved numbers around to make it look like the price we agreed on. We ended up paying $500 more than the agreed price.I have bout 2 other brand new dodges from other dealers and never had a problem. I would not recommend using this dealer!!!! I should of went back to Spring dodge.

I sent a customer, made sure the salesman knew I sent them and he was told by the manager there isn’t enough in the deal to pay me my referral. Here’s the problem... my brother in law works there and I’ve been in the business myself for quite a while. I called up there And have been lied to and hung up on. All good.
In previous visits with DODGE DEALERSHIPS I WAS FRUSTRATED, DISAPPOINTED & SOMEWHAT ANGRY & I BELIEVED THAT THERE WAS NOT A GOOD DODGE DEALERSHIP,BUT MAC HAIK DODGE CHRYSLER,ON IMPERIAL PKY CHANGED MY MIND, MARK ,THE SERVICE MANAGER,WAS THE MOST EFFICIENT,FRIENDLIEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE, SERVICE MANAGER OF ALL OF THE MAC HAIK DEALERSHIPS, I FELT COMFORTABLE THAT I WOULD BE GIVEN THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE POSSIBLE. I WILL ALWAYS GO THERE WHEN I HAVE CONCERNS WITH MY 2006 JEEP COMMANDER!! GIVE MARK A RAISE!!!
