Don’t waste your time with this place. We talked to them about a specific car we were interested in and told them we’d be driving almost 2 hours to get there. They told us come on! We got there just to find out they sold the car we were going to look at.
Great experience in service and in sales. I had to get my car maintenance Eric in Service encouraged me to bring it in evening so It could get looked at first thing in the morning. Ezekiel in sales helped me get a loaner for the night. The service was fast and outstanding. Everyone was happy to help. And I was able to pick up my car the next day. Thanks guys.

My experience at your dealership was awesome. John Arrant was so nice, relaxed, & a pleasure to do business with. We talked about the 300 before my arrival. When my husband & I got there he had the one I wanted to look at up front & waiting. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the 300. It was all because of John that we bought the 300. I love my new car.

If I set up to meet with a sales rep, that’s who I want to talk to. Don’t shove me off to someone else. At least have the courtesy to meet me and then let me know who can help me. Poor customer service in that. I sales rep that helped was very courteous but brand new. I won’t be going back unless I find a good sale. Poor mgmt practice...
HORRIBLE SERVICE ,,,, my husband and I bought a used car and they charge us $700 to fix all the issues but guess what they did not do anything just stole our money ,,, we left the truck twice in the dealer because they will fix it but the issues still the same and no one knows anything if you ask for information about what they suppose fixed ,,,, obviously nothing, ,,,, we decided to check in another dealer and the problem was that AC was empty of freon so we had to pay to fill it.... I came in for a routine oil change, but also had something wrong with the passenger side tire. Mark Davis told me everything upfront and when it came to my tire repair, the cost was minimal! I was there only and hour and 15 mins. The waiting room is a little noisy with people coming and going but not too loud as I was able to complete some school work. I will return to Mac Haik Dodge each time for oil change.
