Alex called me (only day off, I was sleeping in) to come see a vehicle that I'd enquired about, listed on TruCar.com. I told him that he really needs to come through, getting me out of the house at 930a to go see a car I'd asked about more than 3 days before that. So far our van has been in the service bay for 2 weeks for warranty transmission work. It was promised to be completed by Friday. When I called today I was told nevemind it will be the next Monday. In the meantime there has been no communication unless I call them.
I am very happy with the service and the professionalism of the staff.
