Another great experience purchasing a vehicle from Jaime Marroquin (aka Hellcat). I took my Renegade in for service this morning and after exploring my options (the vehicle was out of warranty), I decided to go ahead and get something new. He put me in a 2018 Compass and worked with accessories to make sure I got a trailer hitch installed before it left the lot. This place likes to fool you like they giving you a car then when its time something always come up. I have a 2013 Nissan they offered me $7000 for my car I left out

The salesmen were really nice and helpful. However, the manager we spoke with seemed to be bothered by us asking to negotiate the price. He made no attempt to ask us where we would like to be and even remarked "It'll sell now" after referencing the price drop on a vehicle that's been on the lot for nearly a month. Very disappointed with that aspect of the process. We went there ready to buy a vehicle today, and left without one. Salesmen were great, but I guess the manager already has enough sales this month.
I took my Grand Cherokee in for a routine oil change and the tech noted a leaking shock. Robert in the service department checked it himself to be sure that was the issue. He found it to be correct and scheduled the first available appointment which was 7:30 this morning. Robert walked me through what would be done. When I told Robert that I would be waiting, he said that he would let the guys know. He certainly did and at 8:35 he told me that I was all done and ready to go!
