Dealer mislabeled the model on the used car I was purchasing on both the website and actual vehicle. The sales manager Abdi was extremely rude when I asked about the KBB data which was stating lower prices due to the incorrect model. They pulled another “updated” comparison report for me which was obviously wrong as it also stated prices way above their own KBB rating they printed on the actual car. When buying a used car beware of the safety feature they call “Pulse”. It’s a $299 feature that is a simple Software upgrade. When asked to remove it they will put it back on the total expense for the car. Sleazy sales tactics!
my wife and I test drove a 2018 rav 4 and a cerrolla and it was july 2 and the sales man tom hunt told us today was the last day of the sale and I knew right there he was dishonest as a lawyer or politician. the sale went on until the 9th.then he said Toyota gave a thousand back when it was actualy 2000 so was he going to pocket that other 1000? I ould not ever try to shop there unless they fire this CROOK!!!!
