The employees have always been so helpful, picking me up from a having a flat tire on the freeway and towing my car, with the warranty I didn't pay a dime and they replaced my tire, rotated and balanced them, it Did take awhile because they are very busy with this cold weather, but Toyota of Brooklyn Center has a great waiting area that's very comfortable and has great treats .Thanks so much for making my day go from bad to awesome!

Brought my van in for a blown tire and bent rim. The dealer ordered the rim and tire and put it on the next day. They put the spare back under the van and put away all the jack and items need to put on the spare. Great work. Service rep was fantastic.
