I paid a local garage $150 to tell me I needed a new torque converter for my Camery. They told me I was 20,000 miles past warranty and that Toyota wouldn’t cover it. They wanted $2800 to fix it. I texted my Sales Consultant Lynn Floyd at Luther Brookdale Toyota. Not only did he go to bat for me, but Steve Miller, the Parts and Service Manager, called me himself to let me know that they would fix it for free! They fixed it that night!! Best Christmas Present Ever!!

This dealer would not stand behind their advertised price. I test drove a van and it was listed for $12,000. I decided to buy it and when they came with the paperwork they told me that the price was going to be $4000 more. The sales manager never came over to talk to me and was unwilling to do the right thing. Go to Morrie’s maybe they’ll treat you better
