We bought a Tacoma here last Fall and the only decent part was our sales guy. The truck was filthy inside, the mileage was 8,000 miles over what was recorded, and now we also need to call them because they messed up the title papers which is going to be a real issue down the road. We paid bee vehicle prices and that vehicle should have been spotless. Truly. Great service and bought a beautiful rav4
My sales person Toua Yang was friendly, wondering, and helpful. He answered any questions that I had. Even when the dealer was closing he took his time with me. I feel bad making him stayed 30 minutes after closing time to go over my new car the stuff inside. Thank you
We started out at a different dealer across the street , waited for help for to long, sales rep finally came and got us- He gave us the impression we were bothering him or we weren’t going to be worth any effort & didn’t take time to explain options the SUV had . After we left left we went across the street to Luther Toyota. Had my vehicle taken in for a recall fix as it died on the highway and codes and another auto shop said the recall would likely fix my vehicle. Towed it to Luther Brookdale Toyota and was told it wasn't part of the recall and I would have to pay for diagnosis and fix and that it would likely be expensive. I had to call Toyota customer support who confirmed my vehicle was part of the recall. They called the dealership to inform them and have them order the parts and do the recall service.
