This is a novel. Had to share because this situation was just way pushy. Haven't left a review for years, But this was just too strange a situation. Had a nice test drive with a sales rep, very cordial gentleman and got along real well. After test drive ran some numbers for me to look at, per request, showed me a piece of paper and said "sign this and you are a owner of a new car". No discussion. Odd. The salesman we had wasted so much time running between us and the back room, included not being able to find my husbands drivers license which they needed a copy of for a test drive. We sat at the desk an extra hour all toll and it was clear he was not knowledgeable in trucks.He finally found the license and we were happy to leave.
So friendly and helpful with any questions I had and I got a free car was and late! Richie is just wonderful!
