My service advisor Robert Madich always takes care of me and my car. I trust him in getting all the necessary need on any servicing or repair. I wouldn't go to anywhere but Luther Brookdale Toyota to get my Toyota Prius serviced. I have confidence in Robert cos I know he always takes good care of my Prius. I had my wife's prius in for an issue with the brakes during their Lights Out Event. They scanned and reset it for free while they performed a couple recall items. Hats off to their service department and especially Jeremy, my service advisor for excellent service, communication and most importantly, honesty in not charging for work it didn't need, which would have been easy to do! Thank you!

I recently bought a used Camry from sales rep Toua Yang. He was very easy to deal with and after the delivery I noticed slight hail damage on the roof. I brought it back and they scheduled a repair through service Advisor Jeremy Brisbane. The car was in for repair and I was given a loaner car. The repair was perfect at no cost to me.
