Luther Brookdale Toyota has become my car dealership of choice. I have had nothing but an enjoyable experience both times in getting a car there, and every service call I've had to make. The staff treats the customers respectfully and professionally, and the bottomless tea, coffee, water and cookies isn't bad either. Our Sales Associate, Bruce Smith, is a a real professional and a gentleman.

I was interested in a car at this dealership. The internet sales manager told me that he couldn't sell the car to me because I lived in Illinois and they had problems with car titles in Illinois. This would be the very first time I have ever heard of a car dealer not wanting to sell me a car. Really? Discriminating against an Illinois resident????? I am not impressed.

Well it was a nice day outside and we both felt good, so we decided we would like to test drive a couple vehicles so that when we are ready to buy, we will know exactly what vehicle to purchase. Ryan was to patient and helpful and let us drive about 3 different cars. Then when we drove the Sienna Van, that was it. We knew what we wanted. Except we didn't come prepared to buy so our old 4 Runner was not cleaned out, title was at home, but we still drove off their lot with our 2016 Toyota Sienna Van!
