Booked a service appt. on-line and they got me in right away! Now I'm enjoying a complimentary chai tea (and a cookie...shhh!). If they added massages and free Netflix I would stay all day! #customerserviceisnotdead

I love being able to just drive in and get the basics done (oil change, tire rotation, fluids, etc.) without an appointment. And the waiting room is so comfortable I'm usually disappointed my car is ready so quickly! The staff is always professional and friendly and goes out of their way to explain things clearly and to find coupons/sale prices when they can. Great place to buy a car and a better place to get it serviced.

We went there to buy a 2016 Toyota Highlander XLE during Black Friday they were out in stock after we spent all day test driving. Bee Xiong our salesman was amazing he was friendly, knowledgeable and did everything in his power to make us happy even sent us to another dealer not even a Luther dealer to make sure we could get the car we were looking for. I recommend anyone to work with Bee Xiong.

After a half dozen calls to set up an appointment to get a second key cut for a recently purchased Scion, I drove 35 minutes in rush hour traffic to get to Luther Brookdale Toyota. I had an appointment and was assured the key was in stock. They were short-staffed so I stood at my car for about 5 minutes before being approached. They took my key and came to me 20 minutes later to tell me they didn't have the key in stock and I'd have to schedule another appointment. Are they always this incompetent? Went in for my RAV's 15,000 mile service. The guy said it could take up to an hour and I was out of there under 1/2 hour. I was on my lunch break so that was awesome!!!
