Having the worst experience ever there currently, wanted to trade our leased vehicle in, the sales Guy was great. He had to go to training and all went to shit from there. They took my husbands car keys (because of trade in) only gave us one back, refuse to replace the other key till at least Monday! Sales manager has never returned my phone calls. They are now trying to finance us for a different car than the one we were originally interested in! No idea which car, what color, year anything. Nobody has been helpful in this ... read more

I bought my 2004 RAV4 here & get all my service done here as well. Always excellent, friendly service!!! I have gone to the same service advisor, Duane Green, since 2004. Duane does a top notch job and knows my car quite well. I typically use the great shuttle service, have a Starbucks coffee and cookie, both complimentary. The waiting lounge and free refreshments are fabulous! I won't buy or service a Toyota anywhere else!!

It's got to be hands down the best service department I've ever had the pleasure of using. The service advisors are so knowledgeable and friendly. They are the best. They must have incredible leadership at Brookdale Luther Toyota.

I had new tires installed this past week at Brookdale Toyota, As always, the service was excellent and everything was done as it should be. Can't say enough about the quality of service I always receive at this dealership. I have been a customer here for the past 15 years, since moving here from SD. It is the only place I have work done, and have thus far leased three Toyotas through them. Great dealership with excellent customer service!! I recommend them to everyone I know.

I had airbag recall on my 2003 Tundra and they were having a hard time finding the recall on one of their computer. They should get all there computer sinc to get the same info. I was waiting for about 15 minutes.
