I have been in another store in Nashville and it was alright. I came in knowing what I wanted (a wash or scrub) but not really sure which one would be best. I was helped by ZoeyZoe, and she asked what my skin routine was and explained several products she thought would be good. I was really amazed at how much info she knew about the products without stumbling. Had my first Lush experience yesterday and I'm obsessed!!!! The store is beautiful and the employees are so friendly!!!! Nikki was so helpful and knowledgeable about the products!!! The Bath Bombs I bought were Amazing!!!! Will definitely be back!!
Really wonderful store! I visited with my friend and everyone staffing was very cordial and informed, especially Camille, who was very professional yet engaging as she helped us and showed us products based on our needs. It was fun to try everything and look around. We were assured about Lush's involvement in the community and their cruelty-free policy, which really was great to learn about. The variety of products and wonderful staff has ensured future visits!!
