My first time in Lush was absolutely amazing!! All of the people who work there are really helpful!! You can test out some products before you buy them!! It was just awesome!! I can’t wait to come back!!

Could have been a better customer service experience. Buying several gifts. When I went to the counter I asked if I could sort my purchase out first to make sure I knew what I had for each person. Cashier said yes but kept picking my stuff up and moving it around until I was so confused because there are no labels on the bars. Then she rang it up and prices were different than on sign by 2/Bar she wouldn’t honor price they had on a big sign in the store. Just left without the product. Y'all, not gonna lie. At first I thought this place was all hype and just trendy. Boy was I wrong! I went and bought nourishing shampoo for my hair, facial cleanser, moisturizer, exploiting lip scrub and like 6 different face mask samples. and also body conditioner which I didn't know was even a thing � oh and of course I had to snag some bath bombs.
